Your life is a puzzle, and you don’t need to figure out the full image before starting to create some pieces and assemble them.
These 3 days will support you in delivering what was gestating and is ready to take shape in your present.
There might be a bit of contraction and pushing, but do not worry, it will be gentle, and you won’t need a peridural to deliver your creation or a concept into the world.”
This journey is a way to connect with a particle of your essence that is needed now in your life. This part has gifts to offer to support your evolution and future project. The 3 meditations will help you to connect with yourself beyond time and space to receive them.

- CLEANSE your throat and third eye CHAKRA to SEE & HEAR your ESSENCE EXPRESSION.
- ALLOWING your different FREQUENCIES SPACE to EXIST.
- RELEASE the need for PERFECTION to let your JOY GUIDE your ACTIONS.
DAY 02
- CONNECT with an ANCIENT PART OF YOUR ESSENCE wanting to share with you.
- RECOLLECT and/or INTEGRATE the GIFTS of that part of you.
- PERCOLATE the techniques, practices, and gifts of this PARTICLE OF YOUR ESSENCE.
DAY 03
- ALLOWING yourself to FOLLOW YOUR CALLING.
- TRUST your ACTIONS and DECISIONS.
- Remember to TRUST THE PROCESS and YOURSELF.
- RECIEVE your GUIDES’ LOVE, SUPPORT, and TRUST.
- RELEASE JUDGMENT and self-PRESSURE.
- TAKE YOUR SPACE. It has always been yours!
WHAT YOU GET IN THE PROGRAM
- For each program day, you can choose either the VIDEO version of the MEDITATION or the AUDIO version.
- You also get a JOURNAL TEMPLATE if you want to write down your thoughts after the meditations (always a good way to help integrate what you experienced).
