This first opus of the series "Business Doula Meditations" aims to help you structure your day and your time while making the most of your energy level.

Often, as a solopreneur, you can take many actions and be pretty productive, but are you taking the right actions at the right time? 

This question haunted me for quite some time. I was producing and working a lot, but let's be honest: my income did not reflect my dedication, and it felt extremely discouraging and frustrating at times. Sometimes, it can be a push for patience and teaching.

One of the teachings I had to undergo was to focus my energy where it matters while remaining connected to my heart and soul.
